| Sales Associate-Bi-lingual |
Assist assigned sales team with sales support responsibilities.
|
Responsibilities: • Assist sales team with the processing of sales orders and documents to include data entry of: purchase orders, job orders, bill of ladings and invoices.
• Pull, verify and print Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for all heat numbers provided by Distribution Processing.
• Perform quality review on entire Invoice packet.
• Process customer complaints/credits and nonconformance reports/claims and coordinate information flow between the Quality Department and customer/vendor. Field general inquiries as necessary.
• Source materials for the sales team as required.
• Process all customer credits and claims.
• Cultivate product and market knowledge, as well as knowledge of the customer’s business and end use of material.
• Conform to company ISO and corporate procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: College degree preferred in Industrial Distribution or similar discipline. Two year’s work experience that would benefit this type of position. Strong verbal communication skills. Organized and able to multitask. Familiarity with the metals industry/oil and gas industry a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn and use other software. Ability to read, write and speak Spanish is required for one position opportunity. Ability to speak, read and write Portuguese helpful. Internal candidates should contact Human Resources. | Distribution Processing Laborer |
In this position you will support the materials distribution process.
|
Responsibilities: Perform general manual tasks to include locating, loading, unloading, lifting, moving, measuring, stenciling, palletizing and storage of materials. May operate other small machinery used to brush, cut or grind material. Must follow safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications: Ability to use a tape measure and take accurate measurements. Follow directions on work order to ensure correct material is located and handled properly. Experience using a forklift, grinder or brush machine helpful, but not required.

Perform tasks associated with the shipment of materials.

Responsibilities: • Locate and check materials for shipment.
• Operate forklift and other machinery to load materials as required.
• Ensure materials are correct against Bills of Lading.
• Help to ensure that Freight Term Agreement is followed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: • High school graduate or equivalent. Up to 2 years shipping, receiving, stocking or warehouse experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and some decision making required.
• Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use and read measuring equipment, tapes, scales and calipers as required.

| CNC Machinist |
Machine precision components to completion.
|
Responsibilities: • Sets up the workpiece and adjusts machines to match specifications outlined in blueprints or other documentation outlining customer specifications. Tests tolerances.
• Performs inspection procedures to verify work using precision measuring instruments.
• Documents equipment changes by completing appropriate records.
• Utilizes a wide range of machining techniques, procedures and measurement devices.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standard operating procedures.
• Attends required quality and safety training programs.
• Performs ancillary duties as required.
This position is a full time position and will work on various machines on 1st and 2nd shift as required. Therefore, candidate must be flexible from day to day and/or week to week regarding their schedule.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years Mazak lathe and mill machining experience. Machines operated may inlcude Slant Turn 50/60, 70YB, e650 and other Mazak machines. Must have experience inspecting own parts to ensure they meet customer specifications. Must be able to machine close tolerances with precision.
